I am writing this letter in appreciation of the service provided to me by Ms. Peggy Hill when she assisted my family to sell my home.

   My sister-in-law and I had unsuccessfully tried to sell our parents home with the assistance of a different agent.  Then I contacted Ms. Peggy Hill and asked her to help us.

   Within a couple of days she met with us, drafted the listing agreement and obtained our signatures.  Seven days later a really attractive picture and description of the property were included in the real estate listings section of our local newspaper.  Shortly after that the tour for real estate agents took place.  Then, the first offer was presented to us.  We turned it down, but accepted the next one, which contained a closing date of ten days.  Seven weeks after I first contacted Ms. Peggy Hill, I collected a cheque for my share of the proceeds of the sale from the lawyer's office.  The results obtained by Ms. Peggy Hill far exceeded my most optimistic expectations.  And, she was always good natured (even if we weren't), patient, supportive, and totally professional.  I would recommend her services without reservation to anyone who might be trying to sell residential real estate.  I will always be grateful to her for the superb service she provided to me and my sister-in-law.

Peggy Hill... how do I describe her?  Well, my first words:  friendly, real, honest and reliable. 

When you meet Peggy you won't be intimated and will quickly realize that you are in very competent hands.

When I was ready to purchase a home after my long-term marriage had ended, Peggy was my only choice. It's pretty surreal to be purchasing a home on your own and we are inundated with choices of real estate agents.  I was so thankful that Peggy would be there with me every step of the way.  Peggy made certain I understood the process and as I thanked her profusely, she told me that it was her privilege to work for me. 

Peggy took me through a few homes in my selected area to give me a taste of what was within my price range while keeping in mind my wish list.  Now, I don't always do things the traditional way.  I stumbled across an open house, fell in love with the place and within an hour left Peggy an oh my god, you have to call me message (on a Sunday afternoon!).  Peggy did her research on the home/area, called me right back and set up a time to view the property with me that day.  She also took me to another property so I wouldn't just be jumping at something without being able to compare prices, features, etc.

That same night I was at Peggy's office putting together an Offer (so much for Sunday dinner with her family).  She explained everything and I wasn't the least bit nervous why would I be when I had a trusting professional working with me?  Anyway, after a few negotiations, the next evening I was a homeowner-to-be. 

Now as anyone who has purchased a home knows, you are not done yet!  There are all those little details (finances, inspections, lawyers, etc.).  Peggy co-ordinated everything, referring me to professionals as need be.  Fortunately for me, my perfect house was in fact pretty darn close to perfect and the deal was finalized.  I'm now settled in my beautiful new home and am so very, very happy.  Lucky me! 

As you can see, I highly recommend Peggy.  She is down to earth, reliable and won't let you just jump in without full thought and understanding.  You're in great hands with Peggy.
