I just re-read your letter of commitment to your clients and it hit me just how true each statement is. This is the third time you have helped me buy and sell a home and each time the service I received was exactly the same...AMAZING. Except the difference is you never make it feel like you are just providing a service, you are just caring about people.
I am sure that without your help the whole process would not have gone nearly as well and we will be forever thankful. I remember the first time I met you, I was out looking at open houses and came to one of yours. I instantly felt like you were listening to me, because you were!
I will continue to pass your name to friends and family and I highly recommend you. All the best to you and your family. You really are one-of-a-kind!

Hi Peggy.
I just wanted to send a few words to say thank you and to tell you how much I appreciated all of your support and guidance through the purchase of my new home. Having been recently separated and somewhat overwhelmed by the immediate decisions that needed to be made certainly made the entire process seem that much more intimidating. There were so many things to consider but you had thought of everything. When I first set out to find a Realtor, I had no idea who to turn to. I asked a friend if she could recommend someone. I knew that she was well established and had been in Barrie a very long time and would be able to offer some sound advice. Without hesitation she said "Call Peggy Hill. She is the most successful and professional Realtor in Barrie". Not long after meeting you, I found that this was indeed the case. I knew right away that I had made the right decision.
My wish list was high and my area of search was very restricted but within hours, you found me several homes to view. I fell in love with one of the first homes I viewed, however I wasn't quite ready to make an offer. In my hesitation, other prospective buyers put an offer in on the home that I wanted. I was very disappointed to say the least but continued to consider alternative properties. Nothing quite fit for me and two days later after learning that the offer on the first property had still not been finalized, I decided to put in an offer on the home I really wanted. You immediately dropped everything and went straight to work drafting up an offer. Your experience was evident in the sound advice you provided me on what I would need to do to ensure my offer was accepted. Your advice paid off and my offer was accepted a few hours later.
I now have possession of my beautiful new home and cannot express to you how thankful I was to have you with me on this journey.

A PIECE ABOUT PEGGY AND HER TEAM
We had our house listed by two agents who we thought were good over a 12 month period with no deal. Frustrated, we pulled out and decided to wait until the "right time." Unfortunately, we were wrong; the market crashed and dropped and we were beginning to rue our decision. Then we said; what the heck, let's take a leap of faith and see what that brings us. In comes Peggy!
The decision to call Peggy wasn't a tough one to make as we see her adverts in the newspapers and all, but we were still sore from the previous experiences, so we were wary and we might say, not 100 percent trusting. Kudos to her and her wonderful team, our house was listed late January 2009 and by early April 2009 there was a SOLD sign up on our lawn, and to crown it all, we got top $$$ for our property!
Not only that, when we were having issues around where to stay before the completion of our new house, Peggy and her staff also stepped in to assist!

I never thought in a million years I would buy my first home before I turned 30, and I'm convinced that no other realtor exists who could have made this experience as wonderful as you and Donna have.
It was so refreshing that you took the time to learn what I really wanted in my first home, and asked me all the right questions to help me to know as well. You found the house that had everything I wanted in a matter of days and I just couldn't be more grateful.The whole process seemed to move like clockwork! I was amazed at how well you dealt with my concerns of the property and helped out so much with having those concerns rectified, even at your own cost in some cases.
Not only did you help me find a great home, you also suggested a Broker who has been more than perfect to deal with and followed up with the insurance company and home inspector to make sure everything was ok to move forward with as planned. Peggy Hill... how do I describe her? Well, my first words: friendly, real, honest and reliable.
When you meet Peggy you won’t be intimated and will quickly realize that you are in very competent hands.
When I was ready to purchase a home after my long-term marriage had ended, Peggy was my only choice. It’s pretty surreal to be purchasing a home on your own and we are inundated with choices of real estate agents. I was so thankful that Peggy would be there with me every step of the way. Peggy made certain I understood the process and as I thanked her profusely, she told me that it was her privilege to work for me.
Peggy took me through a few homes in my selected area to give me a taste of what was within my price range while keeping in mind my “wish list”. Now, I don’t always do things the traditional way. I stumbled across an open house, fell in love with the place and within an hour left Peggy an “oh my god, you have to call me message” (on a Sunday afternoon!). Peggy did her research on the home/area, called me right back and set up a time to view the property with me that day. She also took me to another property so I wouldn’t just be jumping at something without being able to compare prices, features, etc.
That same night I was at Peggy’s office putting together an Offer (so much for Sunday dinner with her family). She explained everything and I wasn’t the least bit nervous – why would I be when I had a trusting professional working with me? Anyway, after a few negotiations, the next evening I was a “homeowner-to-be”.
Now as anyone who has purchased a home knows, you are not done yet! There are all those little details (finances, inspections, lawyers, etc.). Peggy coordinated everything, referring me to professionals as need be. Fortunately for me, my perfect house was in fact pretty darn close to perfect and the deal was finalized. I’m now settled in my beautiful new home and am so very, very happy. Lucky me!
As you can see, I highly recommend Peggy. She is down to earth, reliable and won’t let you just jump in without full thought and understanding. You’re in great hands with Peggy.
